You sure can!  Although the ContactMe database has form entry fields that are based on U.S. addresses, you can still include international address information for your contacts.

Each field (with the exception of "Country") is unrestricted.  This means you can type any information in there that you'd like.  Here's an example of how you can enter contact information for a contact in the UK:
