If you need additional help, Just click on "Submit A Request" from the top menu bar. ContactMe Customer Support is staffed Monday-Friday, from 9:00am through 5:00pm US EST, (except holidays, of course). Even if you submit a request outside of these times, it doesn't mean you'll necessarily have to wait for a response until our Support team returns to work. Those guys have a tendency to pop up and work on your requests just when you least expect it!

Finally, when you submit a request to us it really helps us if you use the following guidelines:

1. Please email us from the email address you used when you signed up for your ContactMe account

2. If you need to email us from a different email address, please tell us which email is on your ContactMe account

3. Include the URL to your website where you have ContactMe

Of course we'll email you back for the info if you forget, but that just adds time and we love you too much to take longer than needed. And believe us, we love to love you.
